We will use an online platform called Whova for our event. You can Download the Whova app to access the event:

• View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule.
• Find who else is attending this event and reach out to people ahead of time.
• Plan some social activities such as a morning run, coffee hours, or meet-ups with your fellow attendees. You can even post job openings.
• Receive updates such as last minute session changes from the organizers.

After downloading the Whova mobile app or accessing the event via the web portal, use this email address ({{Attendee_Email}}) to sign up for a Whova account. To protect user data, we require two-factor authentication at sign-in. After entering your email and password, a verification code will be sent to your email. Book your room at the Hilton Portland Downtown OR the Duniway, a Hilton Hotel before June 28, 2025 to receive the discounted room rate of $174 plus taxes and fees. The properties are diagonal from each other. The Hilton offers rooms in the same location as the conference while the Duniway offers more spacious rooms for the same price. • Cancellations and requests for refund must be received by June 25 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after June 25, 2025.
• We understand that plans change and occasionally a registrant can no longer attend. Paid registrants may send a substitute on their behalf at no charge provided the individual is from the same organization and notice is sent to the APAOG office at least 72 hours before the event.
