Registration Deadline/ Cancellation: Please register by June 18, 2025 to guarantee your space and inclusion in program materials. Cancellations and requests for refund must be received in writing by June 18 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after June 18 or for no-shows.

Sessions for the 2025 conference will include a mix of engaging workshops, didactic and hands-on activities. The complete schedule and speaker bios can be found on the event page. To be considered as a presenter, please complete the call for presentations.
REGISTRATION RATES
LODGING OPTIONS
Book your room at the Hilton Portland Downtown or the Duniway, a Hilton Hotel before June 28, 2025 to receive the discounted room rate of $174 plus taxes and fees. The properties are diagonal from each other. The Hilton offers rooms in the same location as the conference while the Duniway offers more spacious rooms for the same price. To access the conference center from The Duniway, simply cross two crosswalks and arrive at the Hilton Portland Downtown. Both are great lodging options, depending on your individual needs. Conference cancellations and requests for refund must be received in writing by June 30, 2025. Refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for no shows.
APAOG 2025 Annual Conference Nexplanon Clinical Training Program (CTP) Registration
Thursday, July 16th, from 1:10 to 3:10 pm, Organon will be providing a Nexplanon Training at the APAOG 2025 Annual Conference. This workshop has a limited number of spots available (26) so we have a separate registration form from the main conference registration. This training is FREE, but registration is required. Register early to ensure your spot! If you sign up but can no longer attend, please let our office know immediately so we can open the spot back up for another individual.
Overview:
Training will consist of a 2-hour training course provided by an OBGYN physician.
